You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Genuis, you confirm that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Some features may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Genuis or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

3.2 Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@genuis.design.

Refunds are issued only where required by law.

  1. AI-Generated Content

4.1 Ownership and Responsibility

Genuis provides AI tools that assist in generating design assets, layouts, and text. You retain ownership of your creations but acknowledge that:
• AI outputs may be similar to those generated for other users.
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before public use.

4.2 No Warranty on AI Output

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of AI-generated results. Use of such outputs is at your own discretion and risk.

  1. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

All software, trademarks, interfaces, and content included in the Service are owned by Genuis, Inc. or our licensors and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service without written permission.

You may upload or create content (such as designs, text, or feedback) through the Service. You retain all rights to your content.

6.2 License to Genuis

By submitting content, you grant Genuis a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind. Genuis disclaims all express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions or delays

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
